Okay, here wasting my time since official and efficient Support doesn't exist, but maybe other users can help.
—I can't log in to my main character on my Data Center.
—I get the "Connection with the server was lost." pop-up with the 90002 error right before spawning.
—I can log in to any other character.
—I can log in to my main in other Data Center (Light), but not in the one it belongs to (Chaos).
I'm having exactly the same problem: can't log in on one particular character (error 10150), but on the others with no problems.
Same here, error 90002 when trying to log my char on Chaos. Light is fine, Alts on Chaos are fine.
Wait for the Moderator to appear suggesting stupid stuff like "delete your character folder, restart your PC and router, check your antivirus..." xD.
But in a few days, it would be too early for them to answer; they need days xD
We only pay 11€ every month. Not enough. Like having GMs in game actually attending people with proper tools and logs, actually protecting the ToS xD
Patient, fellas. Maybe they give us some free sub days in compensation. (SPOILER: No)
