Steps:
1. DON'T complete "Like Sire Like Fledgling"
2. Retire your very first Chocobo for racing
3. No longer fulfill the requirements to complete "Like Sire Like Fledgling"
4. Unable to start "Like Sire Like Fledgling"
5. Unable to breed your Racing Chocobo
6. Unable to participate in Chocobo Races

Nevermind, the solution is to buy a new registration form from the Feathertrader in Bentbranch Meadows (20.4, 22.7), right next to the Race Chocobo Breeder.
