[Dawntrail Benchmark] mViera eye tattoo pattern is distorted

Male Viera face 3 eye tattoos are distorted in the Dawntrail benchmark for certain eye types
Note: this is a follow up to the bug report ID 497349, after additional information was requested in game.

Steps:
1. Open Dawntrail Benchmark Character Creator
2. Choose male Viera (Rava or Veena)
3. Choose face type 3
4. Choose eyes type 3
5. Choose the 1st option in the tattoo and decoration features - eye tattoo

Result: the pattern is distorted, uneven, lost sharpness.
