Visual display of Art of War 1/2 incorrect, has "OGCD blue swirl"

Steps:
1. Cast Art of War 1/2
2. View character animation
3. Blue swirl appears on character as it is casting (this blue swirl is present on all "abilities" or OGCDs in game whether they be damaging or buffs)

Art of War is a normal Spell that is instant cast but due to the animation coming from when Aura Blast PvP OGCD was a thing, they kept the blue swirl from that.
