Dawntrail purchased on Steam - one key or two?

I just purchased Dawntrail, via Steam. (If I could turn back time six years I would never have gone the Steam route with FFXIV, but that's besides the point).

In my CD keys there is one entry for Dawntrail - pre-purchase Bonus Content.
For Shadowbringers and Endwalker, there are TWO sets of keys, the other being Standard Edition Content.

I forget - does that second key show up later, after the expansion drops, or is something funky with my account?

My understanding is that we only receive the second key when the game comes out.

You won't get the Dawntrail CD key until the 2nd of July.

As long as you enter the Preorder key (only key you'll see in the list on Steam until release) into your MogStation account prior to the 28th of June, you will be able to play during early access.

Just the preorder key for now and then the expansion key later on.

Yeah, if they follow the pattern from past expansions then youll get the "standard" key right around when the expansion launches. The pre-order key will let you play during early access, and for a few days after the expansion launch to give you time to find that second key and enter it for your account. I dont remember if it was 4 days grace period or a week, but eventually if you havent entered the key you get locked out.
