omg!! I played quest 60 times and I still can't pass it. I could only destroy 2 of 3 sticks , don't know where to stand and I die. Is there a thing that I can buy to pass this or have somebody help me?

It is essentially your damage check in that fight and functions identical to the one from Ala Mhigo final boss in that you have to destroy all three of them. Materia aren't mandatory, but by then you should have a few grade VI amassed so it is nethertheless good to have. I also recommend, regardless of which job you play, that you prioritize keeping attacks going even if you are forced off the sword (use ranged attacks as melee/tanks, use instantcasts as caster/healers). Most importantly, keep the global cooldown rolling. It is stunning how much damage you lose out on if you don't keep it rolling and perform more attacks per minute. Press weaponskills / spells before the cycle is complete so you can auto-queue the next action.
