Error code 17

I am currently trying to complete the MSQ “The Oracle of Loght”. After completing the fight and watching the following cutscene, the system appears to be loading into the new zone but I keep getting the error message “An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV. (17)”

When I log back in, it takes me right back to the final cutscene where I get the same message at the end of it. I can world hop to and from my home world and complete dungeons and other events.i just can’t get past this quest to get to the next zone to continue the story. Please help.

Please try the following:
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
- Please try lowering the resolution.
- Please try running the game as an administrator.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (If Steam version, make sure both the game and Steam are installed on same drive)
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
- Verify installation files (Steam)
- Reinstall game (If steam version, try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Steam)
