Need help with Company Issue

So, I have an FC I made over a month ago that was repurposed for some friends. The problem is that I'm thinking of moving DCs. My question is; If I delete my leader character, will it still transfer to the next highest ranking/tenured player even though they haven't been IN the FC for 30 days? Again, the FC is over 30 days old, just not the tenure of most members.

No, it will not force a transfer of the FC Master.

Deleting a character that is a FC Master will disband a FC entirely if there is no other FC member eligible to be Master.

If you are considering deleting your FC Master character, then you might as well just leave it in the FC. Once you haven't logged onto that character for 35 days and another FC member logs in that has been part of the FC for at least 30 days, FC Master will automatically get transferred.
