Friend Character in Limbo - Worried

Hello!

We're having a character related issue in our FC, and though I think a GM may be able to help me, the only way to contact a GM is to report harassment or cheating, and this is neither of those issues.

About two weeks ago, we noticed that a friend's character seemingly disappeared from our FC:

Their Lodestone profile is gone as well, but this is where it gets weird.

If I go to my Friends List, I can still see their character:

This is off, though. I am on Leviathan currently, and their home world is Leviathan. They show as if they were without an FC, despite the fact that they were never kicked.

We haven't heard from them through any other channels, and we're worried. I don't know how much information a GM could disclose, but we'd really appreciate if we could at least know if their character still even exists at all.

We would appreciate any help, really.

The character has been deleted.

You can tell it has been deleted because it never left your FC and in the character list it says (Unable to Retrieve).

The reason you still see the character name on your friend list is because it is stored client side, in time it will turn to (Unable to Retrieve), or if you reinstall the game, it will update.

You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance. You may select any category option available, as long as you are able to provide appropriate details regarding the issue. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
