Repeatable Events Please -

I did the FFXVI crossover event on all my toons. Nice.

But I'm talking with Friends about this event as they are starting it and I would like to experiment with the Duty on some different jobs. But Nooooooo....

Sure would be nice to have Duties that are part of events be repeatable. Not for rewards. But just for learning. For example... How hard is it to do the FFXIV Duty on a Scholar or other healer - I'm assuming it's possible.

Repeat just the duty maybe. Or make the crossover event part of NewGame+? Is it already and I missed it?
