Feedback to the graphical Overhaul

Hello,

first of all, I'm a huge fan of the graphical overhaul in Dawntrail, fantastic work. However, I'm really disappointed that the opportunity of the graphical update wasn't used to fix a couple of very old and very annoying issues in the game. I will demonstrate what I found on the hand of Au Ra and Viera.

Number 1: Lip color
The lip colors look very artificial on Viera. And I don't mean artificial in terms of how makeup is artificial, but it looks as if the lips had a thin layer of glaze on them, making them look like tiles, similar to ones you find in some bathhouses.
Which brings me to the second point; When the character has a light skin tone, the lip colors barely stand out. If the skin tone is extremely dark (for Viera, that would be black or dark gray, for Au Ra dark blue, green, red, etc.), the colors do stand out better, but due to the brightness, they look extremely unnatural and, as described earlier, glazed on like paint. Also, the transitions to the rest of the skin are extremely sharp-edged. With the limbal rings of the Au Ra, you managed to create a wonderfully smooth and natural-looking transition, but unfortunately missed it here.
This leads to some colors like black lips looking as if they were brown, purple lips looking slightly blueish and red lips appear orange to brown.

Number 2: Hair colors
I feel like black hair on Viera appears very washed out, giving the impression that it's more like dark gray hair. Also, compared to Au Ra, where black, although not as intense as one might imagine, appears significantly darker than on Viera. Ironically, white hair on both races is so extremely bright that if you take the whitest hair tone, you're almost blinded by the brightness.

Number 3: Different texture sharpness
Long story short; Hair looks wonderfully detailed, Viera ears do not. With Au Ra, you managed to get the horns in HD, why were Viera neglected in this regard? Also, why did everything in the game become sharper, light effects, shadows, horns, eyes, etc., but the face decals remain blurred and at the level of over 10 years ago.

I've created a small collage to illustrate my points, I hope you see what I mean.

My suggestions therefore:
Fix the aforementioned shortcomings, perhaps enable a fourth strength for lip and hair colors, generally enable more hair colors, flaws like freckles, scars, wrinkles, etc., should be adjustable separately and not be decals anymore, allow Viera to have streaks without having to dye the ear tips, make it optional.

Seconding these as a viera. Ears I *hope* are a work in progress because they need work still.
For hair colors, I want to add that reds don't look very red anymore. The darkest red seems to come out more brown, two ticks lighter and its a pink. Its always been an issue but with the new lighting and coloring it really stands out as an issue. Ironically the red highlights in the hairs I've looked at look great.
For lips, I was finding it hard to put into words my issues with it I had but I think you nailed it.

Yeah it just feels the colors are even more muted than they were on live right now. I hold my hopes up high the devs see the critique and improve what they can before release.
