Not recognizing monitors.

I have two monitors.

Monitor 1 - 1080P, 240Hz.

Monitor 2 - 1080P, 60Hz.

About 7/10 times, my game will launch in an offset windowed mode, on my main monitor, and the in-game settings, say it's in Fullscreen on Monitor 1.

When I click on the game, the offset windowed game, switches to fullscreen on monitor 2. Even though the in-game settings say Monitor 1. The resolution/Hz options are all limited to 60 or 70Hz (and the respective resoltuon.)

The only fix seems to be.

Switch main display to Monitor 2, close the game, open the game, and it seems to think Monitor 2 is Monitor 1. And all my resolution/Hz options are back again.

BUT. When I realaunch the game, since the in-game settings were on Monitor 2, it now launches on Monitor 2. So I have to switch it to Monitor 1, and relaunch the game.

I have to go through this about 7/10 times when trying to play this game. I've had this problem since Shadow Bringers. I've contacted support about this multiple times and I've yet to get a response. I've looked online and I believe I've made a post here before. I am getting tired of this happening and it's making me not want to play some nights. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Since Shadow Bringers, I've done a fresh install, switched to windows 11, did a fresh install of that swapped CPU, GPU and MOBO. I've gone from an Nvidia GPU to AMD GPU, and the problem persists. I've even had a change in monitors and it still happens.

I don't know what to do anymore.
