7.0 Benchmark - "Wet" effect not toggleable

So, something I noticed while in the character creator was that, for some reason, if you sit it will swap to what seems to be the "wet" or "soaked" model instead of the normal one.

I figured that this might be affecting at least some of the shine on characters, so wanted to say something in case people are seeing the character as far too shiny. I noticed it happen more frequently in the La Noscean setting, but it may be happening in any of the three outdoor locations.

Normal/sunny weather:

I REALLY wish this was a toggle-able setting instead of something that happens automatically.
