No achievement received after getting requirements

ive been trying to get the Achievement named "I make this look good" i do suspect that it might have been because i previously sold the gloves and the boots in the set and reacquired them recently after achievements were added

Have you talked to the Grand Company achievement guy whilst wearing all 4 items?
