Disappearing Jumbo Cactpot tickets on NA servers

All three of my NA server toons lost their Jumbo Cactpot tickets when I went to turn them in this morning. The Japanese Servers and the Euro Server toons all were able to collect their tickets. I looked through the internet and found that this is sometimes a recurring problem. Please fix it I am sure I had the 10mil payout on these toons and it is pretty bogus >.>

I remember it happening one time years ago. Didn’t happen again though. Made me question if I misremembered when I’d picked them up, but as you said, the internet shows others experienced it before.
