[Dynamis] Recovery from Instanced Areas Technical Difficulties (Apr. 1, 2)

We are pleased to announce that the technical difficulties with certain instanced areas in the Dynamis data center, which characters who log out of instanced worlds were unable to log back in, have now been resolved.
