Steps:
Did ocean fishing and got around 13k points. Received the shark mount, but am unable to get the Ultimog reward from the Itinerant Moogle. Have done the same thing on two other characters, with no issue. They both have the ultimog reward. On those characters it says "Completed", but on this character there is nothing.

First reported it as a bug to ingame Support Desk, but got no reply, so tried File Report, but got a "figure this out yourself" kinda reply with "if you think this is a bug go here", so trying that now.

No macro, no error message.

The Moogle Treasure Trove event ended on March 11th. You can't get Mogtomes anymore from completing things in the book.
