Character and other information on the Lodestone and Companion App may not be updated when traveling to a physical data center other than the Home World using the Data Center Travel System.

The issue above was addressed by the maintenance of May 6, 2024 9:00 p.m. to May 7, 2024 1:45 a.m. (PDT) / May 7, 2024 4:00 to 8:45 (GMT) | 5:00 to 9:45 (BST) | 14:00 to 18:45 (AEST).
Delays were still occurring even afterward, but once the update stabilized all latency was resolved on May 14, 2024.
