Expansion registration via Pre-order?

Hello! I have by and large been a PC-only player since launch, but with the recent addition of the XBox Platform, and a Perk-granted Starter Edition license for said platform, I intend to take advantage of subsequent expansions now including content licenses for those other expansions between them and the Starter Edition content. Therefore, I am wondering if preordering Dawntrail will grant me the XBox platform licenses for Shadowbringers and Endwalker at the official launch, at the launch of Early Access, or some time sooner, possibly shortly placing a Dawntrail XBox Preorder and its being registered to one's account?

You will get all of the expansions prior to Dawntrail, but you will have to wait until the 2nd of July for Shadowbringers and Endwalker to unlock along with Dawntrail of course.
You won't be able to enter Dawntrail areas or start it until Endwalker is complete too.

What you can do is everything up to the end of Stormblood with that free Starter Edition perk for the time being.

I should mention that you have to wait for the official release, the 2nd of July for the prior expansions*, as they do not unlock on the 28th of June with early access.
