.... increase waking sand ticket but nobody asking for increase GC seal reward from GC hunting log?

any job other than tank and healer has really hard time to push their last few rank before they can start to trade in their dungeon drop

DPS jobs with access to the hunting log get the same GC hunting lists as tank and healer.

It's the leveling roulette AIN bonus that is probably making the difference for tanks and healers. That's the only thing I can think of that might be affecting you.

It's not that hard to grind additional seals for rank, though. ARR/HW/SB FATEs reward GC seals in addition to leves offered by the GC (but not leves tied to the Adventurer's Guild).

If you're trying to get rank on a boosted character with a MSQ skip, just head out to the Lochs to FATE grind. If I remember correctly, it will take about 2 hours of FATE grinding there to get what you need to reach 2nd Sgt. Just remember to return for promotions when you reach the cap for seals at your current rank so you'll get the cap increase.

literally had to spend 3 hours straight to farm GC seal from GC leve quest to get my rank up, or i have to wait about month with that pitiful GC reward from leveling roulette of DPS, while tank and healer can easy get 5 times of that number everytime they do it with adventure in need, and doing GC leve qust is way faster than fate and give better seal reward for character at level sub 50

yeah and i clear all GC hunting log or that ime will be double

The whole point of the bonus is to incentivise people to take up needed jobs – tank and healer – so if you want the easier GC progress then do the thing that earns the incentive.

If you don't want to play tank or healer then you haven't earned the extra seals.

It's not so urgent to level up that they have to make sure all jobs can do it equally quickly.

Honestly they need to lower the rank at which you can turn in dungeon drops at this point. As someone who has levelled GC ranks on multiple alts over the years, it's become annoying grinding for seals outside of the hunt logs and roulette rewards. Doing the leves are all but pointless especially with how quickly you outpace them levelling through normal gameplay nowadays (and you get penalized for being overlevelled too - AND doing the tasks to unlock certain NPCs is also kind of annoying).
