Fiance's character cannot transfer to my world for 90 days...

My fiance and I just started playing FFXIV together, we used the Xbox free trial... I bought him the game on the 21st of March. All of our friends are on Seraph, I transferred my Character to seraph with no issues.. he cannot transfer his Character for some reason for 90 days.. He can't join the FC we created in our friends group and my fiance and I were planning a wedding in the game... he wants me to get a refund because he can't transfer his Character and make Seraph home... please help!

Since you fiancee's character is new and he doesn't have a lot invested in it, I suggest having your fiancee' create a new character on Seraph.

Occasionally, Seraph gets congested and during those times new character creation is not allowed. But if you wait until, for example, late at night, it usually becomes possible again.

My fiance bought me the game, I made a post on her account the 2nd post.. I just want to play with her and our friends... if I have to wait 90 days then I would like a refund...

2 weeks is alot of investment so no I'd rather just not play then if I have to wait 90 days when no one in our group had to in order to transfer..

Why don't you just world-travel until the 90 days are up?
My spouse and I do it all the time to run characters on different worlds together.
Marilith and Seraph are in the same data center, so all you have to do to travel together is go to the Aetheryte in Limsa, Gridania, or Uldahl and select the world travel option.
