These are currencies that keep getting capped and have no useful way of spending besides Glam Prisms/Dark Matter/whatever, and how could you solve their problem.
Company Seals: You could spend them to get a single FC buff to yourself (FC not required). Most of those buffs are too selfish and situational for a whole FC to make good usd of them. Also, Company Seals are so easy to farm, having a reason to spend them constantly would be nice.
Poetics: You could buy old dungeon gear with them. Farming dungeon glams is a pain in the fucking ass, there's nothing fun about it, and Poetics are already used to buy old stuff anyways, for me it makes sense.
Wolf Marks: Exchange 20000 Wolf Marks for 1500 Trophy Crystals.
Trophy Crystals: Exchange them for previous Series and unobtainable Feast cosmetics. These should be expensive: a full set of gear or a mount should cost 20000 Trophy Crystals. I seriously dislike limited stuff.
Bicolor Gemstones: Expand the FATE system up to ARR and give us more stuff to buy for the love of God, even if it's just minions and orchestrions.
White Scrips: I have no idea what to do with them.
Achievment Certificates: Why do these things exist? Make them achievments for getting achievments, put the rewards there and give us titles.

Achievement Certificates replaced the Veteran reward system (many of the old Veteran Rewards were moved to the Achievement npc for purchase with the Certificates).There has been some additional items added to it from time to time but it's very infrequent.

And all the old Cracked Crystal items you could trade in for materia.
We'll also have to keep an eye of the three Island Sanctuary tokens to see if any of the furniture items you can buy from them will be worth any gil in the future...

The only thing on your list that's useless is the achievement points. Once you gain all the items from it then they useless.
The rest however have uses.
Company Seals: if ya owned a fc, would realize the uses of these. They used to help you get fuel for airship/sub expeditions. Helps you to get a permit to add another of those. There's some housing items but beyond that. Yeah it's buffs. Which if you don't find important. Well that's on you. Buffs also aren't "selfish".
I run heat of the battle 2 and reduced rates 2 for my fc to help them. Also not sure how any of those are "too selfish" and "situational" for the fc when all serve a purpose.
Poetics: used for literally all old stuff but no matter how you wanna say farming is a pain. There's alot of pieces of gear that are only from dungeons. So I'm not sure what you want them to do. Sounds like you want it more dumbed down so you can be lazy and get it all for mere poetics.
Bi-color gems: the shared fate system was actually introduced in shadowbringers. It really wouldn't make sense to go back and change the literal system from arr-stormblood. Especially when they did mats and orchestrions, tt cards way different. It would mean a total overhaul of the entire system.
Plus if you were so inclined and driven. Could make a killing off what the current system offers. Always people looking for housing items or mats from bi-color.
White scrip: if you got no idea what this even is then do not include it. However, since you mentioned.
There's two types. Crafter and gatherer. There's also purple but that's a max level thing. Anyways, with white scrip you can get alot from either. Materials, housing items, gear, Mastercraft and master gathering books.
I know I'm not even remembering everything but yeah. Probably best for you to find out in game what this is and how useful this scrip is.
