This is extremely vague. What are you referring to?

People are human and you get all sorts of behaviours and dramas that you would normally expect from humans, but overall, my interactions with people are pleasant on a daily basis...

My initial assumption was that this was over people complaining about current content in the game, but there is plenty to criticize about ARR too so I'm not sure I follow.
If it's about the community being toxic, I can only go off with my own experiences and generally everyone has been nice - though there are the few times that stand out where people are being outright mean and hateful.

I find the lack of details in here suspect.

Try CS or LoL. The communities there are much better for you. It seems, FF14 is not really something for you.
