Feedback - Gm Rynemeril

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for GM Rynemeril's swift understanding of my situation and helping to resolve it! They were extremely nice and professional about what I had to submit a report about and were thorough in getting details surrounding the situation in an unbiased and focused manner to make an accurate call regarding it.
I always feel anxious when I put in reports about other players and they made me feel safe enough to talk about the issue without having to worry about retaliation.

GM Rynemeril's response was fast (right after an hour of my report was sent), and he/she did an excellent job on the assistance.

GM Rynemeril was very helpful and polite during the whole conversation, making me relieved and away from bad mood I just experienced.
