Rewards unreal challenge: Job-Class specialize in a element

Personalization is an important concept for all players. It's a source of motivation, and the more you don't look like anyone else, the more you like it, to the point of becoming additive.

How ?

More rewards in Irreal, Sadic or fatal challenges.
Current rewards are insufficient for all the effort we put into unreal/sadic combat.
The rewards don't match the effort.

Example :

A player who has defeated Shiva in Ireal (futur challenge maybe):

- Possibility of having visual effects of ice on his skills (no skill change, just visual effect)
- Summoner who has defeated Shiva: gives the appearance of Shiva in Egi
- Shiva's ice prison effect in class change
- Teleporting with ice
- Sprinting with ice

The fact of having a specialization will set the player apart : He's a pro player!
