Question about store items

Hello,

If I buy store items, for example the Authentic Familiar Pawprints, it is mentioned on the website that they will be gone when someone else removes it for example.

But what happens if I place it in my house, then I want to relocate the house, so I remove all items. Will I be able to use the items again?

And how does it work when you want multiple items of the same kind on the wall, for example you want 5 of the pawprints, do you need to buy it 5 times or can you just use it from 1 time buying?

And is it possible to buy 1 item and use it in both house and fcroom/appartment?

You can remove items from your own home and keep/re-use them. You also keep items if you relocate. It's a general warning that if you allow others to have access and they take am item, then you no longer own it.

There are some items that will be destroyed upon removal, but you get a warning in-game before doing so. For example, if you remove an aquarium into your inventory, any fish or decorations will be lost but you keep the actual tank. Placing an item into your housing storage does not destroy anything.

If you want to place an item in more than one location, then you need to purchase multiples. They are a physical item.
