Onion Knights: Please add the - Peregrine Helm - back to retainer ventures!
Back in SHB some old items were removed from retainer quick ventures, although it was never confirmed exactly which items were removed, The Red Onion Helm - a lv50 tradeable item - became more and more scarce on the market boards for the next year or so to the point there were only a handful left on each data centre, with the price having increased from a few thousand gil to 40mil+.
Then, a few patches after Eureka Orthos released (the deep dungeon where the Onion Knight demiclones wear the red onion helm), I noticed there were more and more Red Onion Helms on to the market boards again - and there levels are slowly getting back to where they used to be. - It seems like they were added back due to demand because of Eureka Orthos and people wanting to make an Onion Knight glam.
The Peregrine Helm (lvl30) however is not tradeable so there is no way to see if they are back in retainer ventures or not. And while it was never really confirmed that they were taken out in the first place, it is highly likely. I understand that the chances of getting one were/are extremely rare, but there have been no confirmed drops for years now. While the Red Onion Helms are definitely dropping, and so are the lvl1 Onion gear (also untradeable) for that matter - the Onion Doublet, Onion Gaskins, Onion Pattens.
Please Yoshi-P add the Peregrine Helm back to retainer quick ventures or some other way :(
