Keep Raw Materials List on screen when shopping

I am leveling up my crafters and I often use the Raw Materials List to keep track of what I have to buy and find anoying the list disappearing when I interact with a shopkeeper (it works fine with the marketboard). I try the lock screen button but doesn't work on that situation.

Thats just one thing of the UI hat required a rework

STOP CLOSING MY WINDOWS WHEN I INTERACT WITH ANYTHING.
