Swap housing

I notice that lately there's quite some small housing available however there's never enough medium and large houses. Please adjust the wards by removing a few small houses so each ward has 1 medium and 1 large house extra.

EDIT: I change my idea. Just adjust all plots so they can now hold a small, medium or large house and allow you to upgrade their size at any given time

yeah so the ward divisions will now have 4 larges instead of 3?

Can you please elaborate why do you think this suggested change will help at all?

make large only wards, i wanna live in the rich neighborhood and look down at the other wards.

but who will live in the other wards when everybody will move to the rich neighborhood with only L houses?
