Please Add High Contrast Text Boxes

I struggle with many conditions that make reading text difficult (ADHD, Dyslexia, etc...), so it's disheartening to see that there are no high contrast text options. I can read the chatbox just fine, but it's difficult for me to read the primary dialogue box when progressing MSQ. I'm not asking for a lot, just a simple dark grey/black box with green text or something akin to that. Maybe make a dialogue box tab under Log Window Settings and give us color options like we have there. Just something to make reading the story of this game easier for people like me.
