End of macOS Big Sur Support (Feb. 13)

FINAL FANTASY XIV will end support for macOS Big Sur on Friday, April 12, 2024. It is possible to launch and continue playing FINAL FANTASY XIV on macOS Big Sur following the end of support, but as a rule, any issues that occur on this OS cannot be resolved through the FINAL FANTASY XIV client. Assistance generally cannot be given for issues that are caused by macOS Big Sur as functionality will no longer be guaranteed.
