Blue Mage: Dimensional Shift

Y U GIV BLU MAGE A SPELL THIS COOL IF U CAN'T EVEN USE IT IN COOL FIGHTS. It's more emote than spell at this point.

If I understand this spell correctly, it does damage equal to 30% of an enemy's current hp? Doesn't that mean this skill can never practically kill a mob unless their hp is at an absolutely insanely low number? For the restrictions placed on this skill, I feel like the damage should based on the enemy's maximum hp rather than current? It's really unfortunate for such a cool skill to have such an underwhelming effect.

Missile has a similar effect

The principle of this skill is to diminish the HP of fresh monster really fast.

By only unleashing it twice in a row, you can reduce their HP from 100% to 49%

Missile can even go further than that with luck.

The purpose of those skill is NOT to kill, but to reduce HP considerably in the first few seconds of the fight.
