Why do I destabilize all the time?

Has anyone else suffered from this? I would say about 70% of my synths destab. Im a r30 crp atm, I have vit at 143, craftsmanship 66, mg. craftsmanship 54, control 49. My equipment is as follows: (I will leave out stats that pertain to other classes)

Bas-relief Iron Saw - Craftsmanship 55, Mg craftsmanship 49, Control 43
Canvas Wedge Cap - Craftsmanship 14
Moth-eaten Seneschal Coatee - Mg craftsmanship 12
Velveteen Tights - Craftsmanship 9
Velveteen Halfgloves - Control 11
Ash Pattens - Mg Craftsmanship 8
Velveteen Longsash - Control 7

Is there something else I should buy than what I have?

Are you doing a synth too far above your rank?

You might need more +Control gear. Or use some +control food. See if that'll help with the destabilization. Also are you wearing gear that favours Carp? I think you take a bit of a hit on the stats if you're wearing gear that isn't favoured by your class or is too above your rank.

I am a r30 crp crafting oak masks (r30 recipe). I even destab when I am doing lower ranked recipes.

I will have to look for other + control gear. I believe that my gear favors DoH and DoL, but I will look for crp specific gear. I usually drink pineapple juice, is there a different food that I should be using?

I have noticed that mask synthing in general has a habit of doing this

I generally prefer to use Seafood dishes like Tuna Miqa'bobs, Boiled Crayfish, or Boiled Bream if I'm destabilizing too much. But like the poster above said, there are certain recipes that just likes to destabilize a lot. Another thing you could test is to put more points in Wind and Earth but that's an unconfirmed theory.

ya i think ill try the points in elements and the seafood. its not just with masks...its with everything so ill try all the stuff thanks guys for the help
