Have to Unlock All Alliances and Raids

What is the quickest and easiest way to unlock everything again?

You see, my main is on Not-Balmung. My friends and family, their dogs, and everything in existence that matters is on Balmung. The only real server. So is my FC, and alt, and I love RPing with that FC. It's better than any content Squeenix could ever pop out, cause they aren't good at making anything but disappointments like Babylon's Fall, every gacha game they've ever made, KH3, that ugly game with the deaf dude, etc etc

You get it, the game sucks, but my friends don't and they make it not garbage. So now, I've levelled up my banking alt that was stuck on Balmung (Because Squeenix made the super smart decision to lock Balmung forever, and not let new people on. Which wouldn't matter if world visiting didn't suck and was completely pointless and lacked any meaningful features.)

So now I have to unlock every raid, and watch a bunch of tiresome cut-scenes. AGAIN. To unlock raids and alliances. Because for some reason that isn't account wide.

Any tips or tricks on not losing your mind because Squeenix is both greedy and wants people to transfer around, and stupid and doesn't understand they want to be in their friends FCs on other worlds. That they've locked. For stupid reasons.

Balmung isn't locked "forever". Right now it is locked because it is so popular it is overpopulated. Once the population has dropped off sufficiently it will be unlocked, and then you can pay to transfer your main to Balmung if you wish.

To unlock stuff you follow the MSQ - because almost everything in the game is gated behind how far you have progressed in the MSQ - and then you pick up and do the unlock quests.

Or you pay SE a whole bunch of real money for a story skip and a level skip so you don't have to play through the game again. This is by far the quickest and easiest way - but also the most expensive way.

Well it's not rocket science. Most unlock quests for each expansion are found at their respective city states ie. Foundation/Idyllshire for Heavensward, Kugane/Rhalgr's for Stormblood, Eulmore/Crystarium for Shadowbringers and Old Sharlayan/Thavnair for Endwalker. Just start them, skip all cut scenes and then queue for the content.

When you are at level 90 in level 90 gear you can probably solo most of the older stuff including Stormblood raids. Actually, I've even solo'd Shadowbringers normal raids, although last time I did (2 years ago) it took a while but our gear is better now.

Not really. Skipping cutscenes can get exhausting, but once you're through the MSQ, skipping for the normal raids and alliance raids isn't really that painful, because they are far shorter than the MSQ. The fun of actually doing the raids makes up for it in between.

Not really. Skipping cutscenes can get exhausting, but once you're through the MSQ, skipping for the normal raids and alliance raids isn't really that painful, because they are far shorter than the MSQ. The fun of actually doing the raids makes up for it in between.

Thank you! And I guess I will.... not wait.... Because Balmung is so fun it practically melts my brain with joy. Could do without the whole, levelling and like, MSQ and all that. Gross.

But there's onsens, and bath-houses, and clubs, and we get to para-post and do crimes. It's Ah-mah-zing~ Ain't had more fun in a vidja game in me life.

So I'mma slowly burn through all the like, raids and trials and EX and all that wot I originally unlocked as it came out. But like, I'll give each day a week, an expansion.

Today, I'll go to like, Mor Dhona and unlock the ARR stuff.
Tomorrow I'll go to Idyllshire and Foundation. Etc Etc'

Also, rest in not-peace Babylon's Fall and every gacha Squeenix is making that they'll cancel in two days after launch. Just take my money instead and make more Final Fantasy games, FOR THE PC. Knobs.
