Suggestion: Gambit System

Personally I don’t do duty support or squadrons, but I’m aware to say the least that the AI for these systems is a bit poor in performance, so, i was thinking what if SE adds the Gambit System from FF12 in FF14?
For Duty support, Squadrons, Retainers and housing NPCs. In my humble opinion i think that would add a lot of depth in efficiency, accessibility and role playing aspect of the game.
Now, I’m by no means an expert in these systems and I don’t know how they’re built or how they function, it could be a hard thing for SE to even consider working on it. but thought about sharing this idea because it was such an amazing feature in 12 for its time, and it’ll work for 14 too.
Thoughts?

is not the AI scripting they already follow a gambit system in and of itself? or you saying you want personal control over it? if so I don't think that they would give us control over that.
