FINAL FANTASY XIV CAPTURING VALENTIONE’S DAY MEMORIES SWEEPSTAKES/PRIZE DRAW (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia excluding Japan, China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Macao, and wherever prohibited by law.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion during the following Entry Period (the “Entry Period”):

• From February 7, 2024 at 8:00 am to February 14, 2024 at 8:00 am (PST)
• From 7 February 2024 at 16:00 and 14 February 2024 at 16:00 (GMT)
• From 8 February 2024 at 3:00 and 15 February 2024 at 3:00 (AEDT)

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period (collectively your “Entry”):

• Capture a screenshot (the “Screenshot”) of your FINAL FANTASY XIV (the “Game”) character celebrating Valentione's Day 2024 using the in-game “group pose” feature.
• The Screenshot must use the Group Pose Frames: Picture Frame.
• The Screenshot must include the Group Pose text stickers: Character Name, Display Home World, Date/Time, and Copyright.
• Log in to your X account (if necessary, first create an X account for free at x.com).
• Follow at least one of the following official FINAL FANTASY XIV X accounts from your X account: @FF_XIV_EN, @FF_XIV_FR, or @FF_XIV_DE.
• During the Entry Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall post on the English FINAL FANTASY XIV X account @FF_XIV_EN, French FINAL FANTASY XIV X account @FF_XIV_FR or German FINAL FANTASY XIV X account @FF_XIV_DE, announcing the beginning of the Promotion (the “Announcement Posts”).
  Using the provided template, post a reply to the Announcement Post that contains each of the following:
  • The Screenshot
  • The hashtag: #FFXIVSweepstakes
  • Your full in-game character name.
  • Your full in-game home world name.
  • Your preferred prize from the following list of virtual in-game items:
    • Gaelicap
    • Great Paraserpent
    • Modern Aesthetics - Strife
    • Noble Barding

Additional entry restrictions and terms:

• You may submit no more than one (1) post per day during the Entry Period. Multiple posts in a single day during the Entry Period (including duplicates, near duplicates, updates, or links) will not be accepted. You will only be eligible for one (1) prize regardless of how many posts you submit.
• You must capture your own Screenshot using the in-game group pose feature. Your in-game character must be visible in the Screenshot. You may use image editing software to crop your Screenshot, and you may decorate screenshots with the sticker mode in the group pose feature, but you may not otherwise edit or modify the Screenshot. Your Screenshot must also include © SQUARE ENIX or © SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. All rights reserved.
• If you change your character name and/or home world before prizes are distributed, your Entry will be void.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one thousand five hundred (1,500) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all qualifying entries.
• Sponsor shall select the winners on or around March 29, 2024 at 999 N. Pacific Coast Highway, 3rd Floor, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following in-game prizes:

• One (1) Gaelicap;
• One (1) Great Paraserpent;
• One (1) Modern Aesthetics – Strife; or
• One (1) Noble Barding.

Each prize is a virtual, in-game item with no monetary value. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred. If no item is selected, one will be chosen by the sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to re-distribute any unclaimed prize.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) in or about March 2024 via the moogle delivery service.
You will not be able to receive the prize if your moogle letter box is full, or the number of attached items has reached their maximum. Please delete old letters, or accept any attached items, to ensure you can receive the rewards smoothly.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de volver a distribuir los premios no reclamados.

H: Notificación a los ganadores: El Patrocinador, o su designado, notificará a los ganadores en marzo de 2024 o una fecha aproximada a través del servicio de mensajería Moogle.
No podrá recibir el premio si su buzón de Moogle está lleno o si el número de objetos adjuntos supera el máximo permitido. Borre notificaciones antiguas o acepte cualquier objeto adjunto para asegurarse de recibir las recompensas sin problemas.
