[request] instance lock indicator

I would like for players to be able to immediately know when a foray instance is about to lock and when it locks so that players may quickly reinstance and understand possible problems. we have had instances where FATES in eureka would still spawn, yet the specific content within a party is trying to start does not and it takes a while for the symptoms so show up and confirm that indeed an instance has locked. The suggestion is to have the game give that yellow text notification on screen and in chat log that the instance is locking in 5 minutes, then after 5 minutes from there, announce to the players inside that "The instance is now locked, please finish up any tasks or dialogue and re-enter the duty"
