More informations about Free Company system punishments, and benefits

I need your help!
Me and my friends are think about to making a Free Company for a small friendly group, and maybe later invite random peeps from Erozea.
My questions are:

• - How can a guild make rank ups?
• - Can I create custom ranks?
• - Resources needed for active buffs?
• - What happen if a Guild Leader gone afk more than 35 days, but all of the other players are on the lowest possible ranks? They can take the lead and kick the leader out?

1. By doing content you'll earn FC rank up. Crafting HQ items at or higher level than your job, GC turn ins of green gear picked up from dungeons are good ways to rank up fast. The more people doing content and activities, the fast the FC ranks up.
2. You can rename the default ranks.
3. As FCs rank up, you'll also earn FC point which you can spend into various FC actions (buffs). You can buy them from GC
4. Yes, one of the active member will automatically receive leadership and they can kick the former leader out.

Oh, that's how l became the fc leader after randoms quit after l joined a fc.

by playing the game, everything you do from quests to crafting to whatever gives the FC a bit of exp

there are 2 ways to get FC buffs the first is by playing the game same with ranks everything you do will earn the FC credits which can be spent on buffs, or you can create an aetherial wheel which can be charged and used over and over but requires you to gather mats to use it
