If that was the MCH ability list, I'd be fine with that. Fits with the jobs very well.

Something to keep in mind is that most jobs usually lose an ability or two every expansion to make room for more abilities. I'd be curious to see what, if anything, MCH would be losing.

One thing I would like to see is something that forces players to collaborate/cooperate much more closely. Imagine if MCH could grant something like Reassemble to another job. But instead of a "critical hit rate up for 15 seconds" like Chain Strategem, a one party member 100% crit on the next hit. Sure, server ticks make things interesting, but I think it would be nice to see some real cooperation as opposed to everyone sort of doing their dance around the boss's mechanics while they mostly individually mash buttons to maximize damage.

More abilities that make you go afk for 10 seconds and don't let you do mechanics, or move, or deal with a saturated rotation thanks to Tools Mastery?
Also assuming it works like flamethrower, that's 1,980 potency in a single ability with no refunds for cancelling it, if you do cancel it's over, I don't want to imagine a 10 sec long Ten Chi Jin.
I also don't even think this would even allow for a functional rotation, this seems way too saturated, seems almost impossible to fit inside the 2 min meta and you've opened yet another can of worms with Minigun and snapshotting. I could be wrong but Noise Blater would also possibly be a dps gain in single over 123.

It fits the current model well, but doesn't address any of the underlying carpal tunnel boredom of the core rotation and adds even more boring fixed recast GCDs to it all.

I'm not sure an ability like minigun would work well, it'd have to be very strong to justify stopping your rotation and remaining stationary.

Minigun sound amazing and considering we have boss using it back in stormblood made me think why we never had it to begin with

Also i wish channeled skill like flamethrower still allow us to move, even in walking speed is fine, its probably add nothing to gameplay but i just kind want it lol

3rd stack to Reassemble. Drill is kinda left out. :D

What's the chance of them removing Assemble and making some of our tools auto-Crit? ^^;

I'd love some updates to the animations.
IMO the standard 1-2-3 combo and especially Heat Blast could use some major updates to take advantage of the increased focus on tools. Also, Wildfire feels like a wet noodle because of how... subtle the final explosion is. We got BLM throwing suns at people as a regular cast, but MCH's big burst CD looks less flashy than a healer DoT.
