DirectX 11 failure and game crash when teleporting to Tailfeather Aetheryte

I am experiencing a DirectX 11 failure and game crash when teleporting to the Tailfeather Aetheryte.

The character cannot be logged into as the crash will persist.

All other characters on the account can log in and function correctly.

I have not attempted to travel to Tailfeather with another character in fear that the character will also become trapped in a crash loop.

This issue has been resolved.

From what I can piece together, during the installation process of the game, the installer skipped over zone data for Heavensward for unknown reasons.

Re-installation was required.
