Timed gathering node in Elpis did not appear as a targettable object

Steps:
1. Go to the gathering node for Rareified Annite (available from 10:00-12:00 / 22:00-00:00 Eorzea Time)
2. The node shows in the top right minimap but no interactable node to target is present on the screen. I also checked around the entire rock during the node's active time period.

*The node was not gathered beforehand, I had only teleported and flew over once it was active but could not gather. I saw somebody else gathering here but could not see the node on my screen.

**EDIT: I returned later for the 22:00-00:00 node and it appeared this time.
