Crashing when loading in

Hey all, when trying to load in past the title screen my game just immediately closes. I've tried reinstall numerous times, closed overlay, updated drivers, used cmd to try and repair any messed up files on windows as well as checked my RAM for any issues, switched to directx 9 (it leads to missing textures and assets), tired bordered or windowed mode as well as limiting my frame rate. Yet my game still crashes, these forums are my last hope as I love this game but can't for the life of me find a way to get past the loading screen. any help is appreciated

- What Platform are you using? (Windows, Steam, etc.)
- At what specific point does the issue occur?
- Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV? (e.g. Nvidia Control Panel, AMD etc.
- Were any system updates, or major driver updates or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
- Error messaged upon crashing (If any):

Could we also request for a system report? This can be generated by opening the launcher and going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display and then copy and paste all the details into a response here.
