New Animation Options

I feel like there are some jobs that only fit with some specific type of aesthetic, partially because of the animation they have, with pictomancer announced it feels a little out of place for me with the overall aesthetic of the game (dont get me wrong I played almost every FF out there and I know exactly where pictomancer comes from). Nevertheless I would like a less "cute" animation style for jobs like Pictomancer and White Mage that could fit different aesthetics and the other way around too as well for jobs like Sage that has "badass" "air karate" animations but not "cute" options. I think having different basic animation options could be cool and refresh some jobs for both combat and movement (no more vacuum cleaner MCH)
