Missing text in chat - maybe a Data Center Travel issue?

It's been a couple months since I've been having a weird issue with my chat - people will send me messages, but they'll simply not go through my end, despite showing on the other person's end with no issue. I've wondered if it's a DC travel issue, but I haven't had the opportunity to test it while on my original DC yet. In any case, I'm hoping Square will be able to take a look at it.

On these images I am missing a tell that didn't go through, and two /em posts, but in the past I've missed says and shouts too.

Sounds more like someone is using a third party tool to filter messages.

Not the case, if it was, it would be an easy fix - I haven't been able to fix this in months
