Not a bug.

Alpine War Jacket aside from tank classes/jobs also lists "LNC DRG RPR" which are jobs in the future categorized with "Maiming" gear. The Alpine War Jacket is essentially an equipment piece intended for Dragoons and Reapers, not tanks.

From Wanderer's Palace, the intended Tank set + Chest Piece is "Vermillion", namely the Vermillion Haubergeon.
