Random Disconnects Code 90001

Last week I started getting random disconnects with code 90001 and 90002. This is new to me so I guess I should consider myself lucky since it seems that some have struggled with connection issues for much longer. Anything going on that would cause this disconnect? Nothing has changed on my end of things and I use google fiber.
Internet is fine, speed test is fine and nothing has changed. Any chance the ffxiv servers are being targetted causing this issue or did FFXIV change something on their end?

- Has this been a long on-going issue or has this only been occurring very recently:
- Frequency at which error occurs (If this occurs during specific hours, please provide the date(s), time and timezone):
- Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV:
- What data center and server/world were you trying to connect to:
- What is the ISP and what region/country are you connecting from:

i get lots of them and 9002 9001 them you got to log in log out after 20 times you want to grrrrr
