Not that I believe you're trying to scam anyone here but as a PSA what you're doing is occasionally used as a scamming tactic by some sellers to get unwary players looking for a quick profit to buy items that aren't selling well. The presumed buyer then disappears so the player is stuck trying to unload the item (usually at a loss).
