Weird lag for last couple days.

As the title says. I go into an alliance raid and I see everyone running, then stop for a second, then rubber band forward. All is fine for a few seconds then it happens again. I addition, there is some delay sporadically (like every 10 or so seconds) when using skills in combat. I've only noticed it starting the 13th but my GF on the same network has had it since the 12th.

My tracert is not that bad, hitting 89ms when it get to the NA datacenter. Anyone else having this issue? ISP is Comcast and i'm on the Crystal Datacenter.
