Not sure if this helps, but you can bind a key to 'micro menu' (I use: ALT-M). Focus will usually be the most 'relevant/important' task (often a raise or teleport offer). If it is not the raise task you can 'arrow key' around to get it. Then hit enter.
Typically I just go:
ALT-M <enter>
