Forum running slow and game isn't working

So today at 1 PM GMT-3 i got a R0 but the game keep running and slowly charging, so i decided to log out and come back later, now i can't even get it a chance to log or open the game, sometimes when i open FFXIV i got a message on time out when it's says "checking version". The lodestone works really slow, like forum, it takes 3-5 min to load.

Another friend with the same ISP got the same problem but when i call them to ask about they said that everything is working fine.

Problem solved at 18:50 GMT-3. Just fixed w/o doing anything.
